Dan and I want each of you to know how much we have enjoyed serving families like yours over the past 20+ years. Some are still new to us, but many have grown into dear friends. We look forward to your visits to the farm. Your life stories, encouragement and friendship make all the hard work worthwhile. At this season of the year, we want to say how thankful we are for each of you.
Since many of you have watched our children grow up, we thought you might enjoy a quick family update:
Caleb & Rebeca were married in July. They live in California’s Central Coast area where Caleb works in the airline industry.
Luke & Brittany farm with her family near Watseka. They made us grandparents on December 18 with the birth of their son, Lane Josiah.
Josiah & Logan have recently taken over the management of a great uncle's farm in the Gifford area.
Seth and Elizabeth are both high school students at the infamous Sonrise Academy. Seth has a co-op position with Trav’s Automotive, helps on the farm, and runs his business, Cornbelt Custom ATV. Elizabeth is a talented pianist, helps with farm chores, and loves every animal on the farm, especially her newly acquired miniature donkeys.
Dan & I are enjoying watching our family grow. We stay busy with crops, chickens, cattle, church responsibilities, homeschooling and our meat business.
I appreciate newsy holiday letters so I’d love for you to tell me about your family and send me a picture or two.
