This video was originally designed to give class participants a step-by-step review of the sourdough bread recipe that we teach in our live class.

We are now offering the video and recipe to those who are unable to attend in-person, but would still like to learn from us.

Our recipe was developed after much trial (and error) with hydration levels, number of stretches, etc . We wanted a recipe with the least steps possible that would yield consistent results for the beginner. So many of the recipes floating around the internet are confusing and really hard for the beginner to grasp and be successful with. 

In the video we will address feeding a starter, building a levain, and show you how to mix, knead, stretch, shape, score and bake your sourdough loaf.
