Sourdough Bakery
Our bakery offers high-quality, small batch, organic baked goods using locally sourced ingredients beginning with organic, stone-ground flours from Janie’s Mill in Ashkum, Illinois.
Every Saturday from 10am- 1pm, we have unique sourdough bakery items available in our farm store. Quantities are limited so it’s a good idea to pre-order by 8am on Thursdays unless you like taking chances.

All special orders must be placed by 8am Wednesday for pick up Saturday morning in the farm store, 10am – 1pm. Special orders are also available on other days of the week, but a minimum of 3 days is needed to prepare orders. Please email or text to schedule a special order.
